Team building activities

Spending time alongside your colleagues in an informal, flower filled environment immediately encourages colleagues to relax and is a unique way to improve open communication and increase team motivation. These sessions are a fabulous way to reward your staff, and perfect for celebrating “Administrative Professional day/Secretary’s Day.  Make note however they are not just for ladies, male colleagues are very much welcome!  Everyone gets to take home their own beautifully crafted bouquet of flowers, so what’s not to love about that?

Team session one

(Relaxing & fun)

Our session starts with a demonstration of how to create a professional bouquet (sharing insider tips & tricks along the way) This then follows with each participant using the techniques demonstrated to craft their own beautiful hand-tied. They will learn how to finish it off with professional gift wrapping and an aqua pack for easy transportation home later.

1.5 hrs

Team session two

(Relaxing, fun & competitive)

Includes team session one plus “The Floral Design Team Challenge”

2.5-3 hrs

This is for those who want a more competitive element. Participants are divided into teams to compete in a specified floral design task which will be judged at the end.

NB: These workshops can be held at your office or at a suitably convenient off site location.
